How Much Does a Custom Website Cost in Dubai?

Understand the scope behind a website quote, from page templates and content to integrations, motion and ongoing costs.

A useful website budget starts with a description of the work. A brochure site, an editable portfolio and an interactive product experience may all be called a custom website, but they require different design and engineering effort. Comparing their headline prices alone tells you very little.

Darwin provides a quotation after reviewing the brief. This guide explains how to prepare for that conversation; it does not present an unverified market average or a fixed package price.

Count page types, not only pages

Ten projects using one template are different from ten pages with unrelated layouts. List the types of pages you need: service, project, article, product, team or location. Then identify unusual behaviour. This gives an agency a more useful starting point than a page count alone.

Account for content work

Copy, photography, project descriptions and brand assets have to exist before launch. Supplying final, organised content is a different scope from an engagement that includes writing, image production or migration. Name a content owner and agree review deadlines before production begins.

Separate functionality from presentation

A contact form and a property listing feed are both features, but their dependencies are different. For each integration, share the provider and what information should move between systems. For animation, explain the story you want to tell before specifying an effect.

Understand continuing costs

Ask who pays for the domain, hosting, CMS plan, fonts and other licensed services. Clarify launch support and how later improvements are estimated. Separating the initial build from recurring services makes the total commitment easier to understand.

Compare proposals on the same basis

Check deliverables, review rounds, content responsibility, responsive behaviour, editing access and handover. A lower quote may cover less work; a higher quote still needs a clear explanation. Ask each provider to identify assumptions and exclusions.

Prepare a brief that can be priced

Send your current site, objective, required page types, essential features, content status and intended launch date. Include a budget range if you have one. It helps the team recommend a realistic first phase and distinguish essential work from later additions.
